END USER TERMS & CONDITIONS
For End Users & Customers
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of payment and checkout services provided by the merchant operating this website or application (“Merchant”) and technically powered by GAME OF SCALE LLC, a United States of America, Wyoming corporation (“Technical Service Provider”).
By completing a transaction through this checkout system, you (“End User”, “Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not proceed with the transaction.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- “Merchant” refers to the business entity selling goods or services and using the Technical Service Provider's infrastructure.
- “Technical Service Provider” refers to Game of Scale, which supplies the underlying payment technology and transaction routing infrastructure.
- “End User” or “Customer” refers to the individual or entity purchasing goods or services from the Merchant.
2. Scope of Services
These Terms apply solely to the technical payment and checkout process used to complete a transaction with the Merchant.
The Technical Service Provider supplies technical payment infrastructure only and does not:
- Sell goods or services
- Control pricing or commercial conditions
- Handle fulfillment or delivery
- Provide customer support for products or services
- Manage refunds or commercial disputes
All commercial transactions and customer relationships exist exclusively between the End User and the Merchant.
3. Role of the Technical Service Provider
The Technical Service Provider acts exclusively as a technical intermediary facilitating secure payment transmission.
The Technical Service Provider:
- Is not a merchant of record
- Is not a financial institution
- Does not issue payment instruments
- Does not hold customer funds
The Technical Service Provider bears no responsibility for:
- Product or service quality
- Delivery or fulfillment
- Pricing disputes
- Refund disputes
- Chargebacks
- Customer service issues
4. End User Obligations
By completing a transaction, you represent and warrant that:
- You are legally authorized to use the selected payment method
- You provide accurate, current, and truthful information
- You are acting for lawful purposes only
You agree not to engage in:
- Fraudulent or deceptive transactions
- Identity theft or payment abuse
- Chargeback manipulation
- Any illegal activity
5. Payment Authorization
By confirming a transaction, you:
- Authorize the Merchant to charge your selected payment method
- Authorize the Technical Service Provider to securely transmit and process your payment instructions
All transactions are final, subject to the Merchant's refund and cancellation policies.
6. Refunds, Returns & Commercial Disputes
All refund, cancellation, delivery, or product-related disputes must be addressed directly with the Merchant.
The Technical Service Provider:
- Does not issue refunds
- Does not manage commercial disputes
- Does not intervene in product or service claims
7. Chargebacks & Abuse Prevention
Unauthorized chargebacks, abusive disputes, or fraudulent claims may result in:
- Transaction denial
- Permanent restriction from future transactions
- Legal action where applicable
Abusive chargebacks constitute payment fraud.
8. Transaction Security
The Technical Service Provider applies industry-standard security measures designed to protect transaction integrity.
However, no system can guarantee absolute security, and the Technical Service Provider shall not be liable for:
- Network failures
- Banking system outages
- Third-party technical failures
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Technical Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
The Merchant remains solely responsible for:
- Product or service delivery
- Customer support
- Refunds
- Consumer protection compliance
10. Compliance & Legal Cooperation
Transaction data may be disclosed where required by:
- Law enforcement authorities
- Regulatory bodies
- Court orders
11. Complaint Handling Procedure – Technical Service Provider
For complaints specifically related to the payment transaction or technical processing, End Users may contact the Technical Service Provider at:

All complaints must include sufficient information to allow proper investigation, including:
- Full name
- Email address
- Date and time of the transaction
- Transaction amount
- Merchant name
- Order or reference number
- Any supporting documentation
Incomplete complaints may not be processed.
The Technical Service Provider does not handle commercial disputes, refunds, or delivery issues, which must be addressed directly with the Merchant.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the Merchant.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a transaction, you confirm that you have:
- Read
- Understood
- Accepted
these Terms in full.
